How to personalize the Cloudalize portal?

The personalization features are only available when you have an Enterprise subscription.
Single user & Team subscriptions doesn’t have the personalization features.

Bear in mind that only admins can access these settings.
The settings will apply to all users (normal users + admins)
The features are located under “Settings” in the left navigation bar.

On the Personalization page, there are 4 sections:

  • General
  • Settings
    • Defaults
    • Connection
    • White label
    • Emails

General

In the section “General” you can change the display name of your environment on the Cloudalize platform.

Settings: Defaults

In the section “Defaults” you cn change the default language & the default expiration.
Currently, we have only English & Dutch as possible display language.

Settings: Connection

Under “Connection” the default receiver can be set for all users, which aslo can be enforced (so the user cannot change it).

Settings: White label (only available for resellers)

Under the section “Labels” the title can be adjusted to a desired one.

Settings: Emails

Under the section “Emails” the e-mail templates can be viewed and edited.

Don’t forget to press the save button to make the changes permanent for all users.
When a user was logged in while a setting was changed, the user needs to log off & on again before the changes take effect.
